--> Are All Homeworks on the LEFT?  Any homework on the right will NOT be graded.
--> Are all Bellworks on the RIGHT?  Any bellwork on the left will NOT be graded.

Does EVERY entry (both homework AND bellwork) have a DATE (only in top LEFT of page) and a TITLE (only at TOP MIDDLE)?  Every missing date and title will cost you HALF points on the assignment.

Does your TABLE OF CONTENTS EXACTLY match what is shown BELOW.  No MISSING entries and NO EXTRA entries?

Does EVERY PAGE have a PAGE NUMBER and does it MATCH your Table of Contents?

If you can do all of this, then your notebook will probably be a solid grade.
